Siccatherm lamps are special short-wave infrared lamps (ir-a) for technical applications. These lamps have a maximum radiation at a wavelength of about 1,100 nm. In conjunction with an internal parabolic reflector which bundles the infrared energy into a high-intensity beam, these heat lamps produce a strong deep-acting effect in the materials irradiated.
